STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL ANALYSIS
Does your custom built equipment require a rated load? According to OHS Codes, the answer is yes. We will conduct an on-site review of your non OEM equipment and perform analysis to provide you with an engineer certified letter for load rating or fitness for service.
We also perform linear and non-linear finite element analysis (FEA) using models created based on on-site review or supplied files.
ENIGINEERED DESIGN
If you have a product idea or existing equipment that needs some modification to meet your requirements, we can provide complete design services iteratively with engineering analysis. Design will factor in all client constraints and have consideration of end user operation. We highly recommend completing design and engineering with detailed drawings before approaching the fabricator. CS Engineering can also turnkey your project through one of our fabrication partners.
DRAFTING
Detailed as-built drawings of existing equipment / structures or fabrication drawings for new builds can be provided using our Autodesk software.
3D MODELING AND RENDERING
Our fabrication drawings are created from 3D models of the equipment or structure. These 3D models can be rendered using add on software for ultra realistic presentation views. 3D model files for smaller products are also suitable for production of a physical scaled part through one of our 3D printing vendors.
OILFIELD AND INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATION
With specialization in drilling rig structures and equipment for over 20 years, we are well suited to provide you with CAODC Level IV inspection and certification of drilling and service rig masts, substructures, crowns, blocks, and top drives. Annual certification of pickers and knuckle booms can also be provided. We will work with and direct as required nondestructive examination personnel provided by the customer or can turnkey nondestructive examination and engineering.
SHOP AND FIELD REPAIR CONSULTATION
We also specialize in on location review of damaged equipment followed by detailed repair procedures including weld requirements. All repair procedures are treated case by case based on severity, impact on operations, and building or design code.
